With our Meet and Greet Services, Eagle Air ‘s team will offer its clients VIP Handling at the receiving and arrival points, assist them with baggage right from the parking area, guide them through the Airport Security points,
Check-in counters, accompany them to the immigration/customs desk, and deliver them to the lounge at the time of pre-boarding.
At the arrivals, the Meet and Greet team will assist the passengers through the health desk, immigration, and baggage areas and deliver them to the Company drivers. For smooth coordination, the flight dispatchers on this project will be closely working with the client’s project coordinator who will share information well in advance on the full names of the passengers, flight numbers, time of arrival and departures, names of the drivers picking and delivering them at the airport.
Over the years, we have gained extensive experience in offering Meet and Greet services at Entebbe Airport. We have worked with over 3000 passengers for our key client, Total Energies, including VIPs. Our services have also been extended to high-level dignitaries in the Private and Public Sectors, who used our services in and out of Entebbe Airport, including H.E former President of Burundi, UNHCR World President, and Special advisors to the UN Secretariat, and CEO among others.
Our Meet and Greet team have undertaken several trainings, both in house and external, to keep themselves relevant in the marketplace. These include Customer Care, Effective listening, Flexible Speaking Skills, Computer Skills, Team Work, leadership, Passenger and Baggage handling, Health and Safety, dangerous goods, data analysis, air side safety and security awareness, time management, decision making among others.
Our licensed personnel are highly trained and experienced in handling Meet and Greet Services for our passengers. Eagle Air has Airside Vans in support of the Meet and Greet Services, storage rooms, trolleys , 24 – hour communication lines among others.
